I Hit the Big 2-0 (And it Only Took 35 Days)

Breakfast:  Jimmy Dean D-Lights Breakfast Muffin with Canadian Bacon

Lunch:  I had to eat at a business lunch today at an Italian restaurant and opted for 3 large (about 2.5") ricotta-stuffed ravioli with no sauce and a garden salad with about 1/2 tsp of dressing.  I also had 1/2 of a bread stick.

Dinner:  Healthy Choice Steaming Entree - Chicken Romano Fresca

Snack:  Weight Watchers large frozen fudge bar
